Our collection of boutique holiday properties in the historic village of Hayfield offers something for everyone, from a cosy couple's retreat to spacious farmhouses for families or groups of friends, and even eco-friendly Glamping experience in a converted Horse Box!

As a family-run business, we are passionate about providing our guests with the same warm welcome and unforgettable experiences that drew us to Hayfield over 15 years ago. Our properties are situated on a centuries-old farm estate, offering a true taste of rural life in the heart of the Peak District.

But we don't just offer comfortable and unique holiday accommodation - we also provide the opportunity to experience our growing smallholding. Starting with six friendly Valais Blacknose Sheep and four geese, we now have 4 horses, 20 sheep, and 20 ducks that are perfect for a tour experience for you and your children.

    Great family holiday! Beautifully decorated and well-equipped cottage for a large family who like to cook. We enjoyed the tranquillity of the rear garden and minimal traffic in front of the house meant we felt safe letting the kids have some freedom to explore. Lovely walks from the doorstep for all ages and fitness levels. The children really enjoyed meeting all the farm animals and taking aunties to visit their favourites daily!

    “We had a wonderful family weekend break. The property is very nice and done up to a high standard. It is also very clean and comfortable. Duncan took us on a tour of the farm and we met all the animals, which was great. We had a couple of amazing walks. A beautiful part of the world and lovely hosts. There are good eateries locally. We had a take away one evening and went out for dinner and had a pub lunch. We would highly recommend this venue for a family holiday.”
