What is a rest day anyway?

Apparently on a farm, a rest day is a day you only do a little less than a normal day!

But, after walking the dogs, mucking out the animals, collecting wood and packing a suitcase because tomorrow is Monday and that means flying out to Germany, it also means sitting in front of the fire, tucking in to a roast and celebrating another week, welcoming about 20 guests to our cottages and making progress on our next project!
