Raising Pheasants

This week’s new experience: we rescued a clutch of pheasant eggs after the mum abandoned them. After checking with the Peak Park gamekeeper he advised that we should see if we could hatch them so they could be reintroduced to the wild when grown. As of today, we have 7 super cute baby pheasants and it’s a challenge to rear them as wild animals not pets!
